Ria Formosa is a protected lagoon landscape. A pin in the water is not a walking destination.

This route connects landmark locations; museum, church and garden entrances can be gated or ticketed. Stay on public paths and pause outside if an entrance is closed. Check crossings, stairs, surfaces and opening hours for your needs.
